Role Overview

The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance-based digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in paid media strategy, budget management, audience targeting, and conversion rate optimization.

This role requires a data-driven marketer with strong analytical skills who can maximize ROI through paid acquisition strategies, creative ad development, and continuous campaign testing. The position is hybrid, requiring both remote work and in-office collaboration as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube Ads, and other PPC platforms.
  • Create high-converting ad copy, creatives, and landing pages tailored for each advertising channel.
  • Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to optimize performance.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with Groworx’s business objectives, target audiences, and industry trends.

Campaign Management & Optimization:

  • Continuously analyze campaign performance, adjusting budgets, bids, and targeting to maximize conversions and lower CPA (Cost Per Acquisition).
  • Optimize landing pages and ad creatives to improve Quality Score, Click-Through Rates (CTR), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Manage audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and lookalike audiences to increase engagement.
  • Identify new paid media opportunities, staying ahead of industry trends and platform updates.

Budget & Performance Tracking:

  • Manage ad spend and budget allocation efficiently to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Track and report KPIs such as CPC, CPL, ROAS, and Conversion Rates.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations for scaling campaigns.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align paid media efforts with overall growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters to develop compelling ad creatives.
  • Coordinate with the SEO and content teams to ensure synergy between organic and paid search strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and YouTube Ads.
  • Strong expertise in PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising, bid management, and audience segmentation.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking setup.
  • Advanced proficiency in A/B testing, performance analysis, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Deep understanding of retargeting strategies, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences.
  • Proficiency in ad copywriting and creative asset development.
  • Ability to manage and optimize ad budgets for maximum impact.
  • Experience working with healthcare, recruitment, or international workforce industries is a plus.

Technical Requirements for Hybrid Work

To ensure smooth and efficient work in both remote and in-office settings, candidates must meet the following minimum technical requirements:

  • Laptop/Desktop: Intel Core i5 or equivalent (or higher) with at least 8GB RAM.
  • Internet Connection (for remote work): Minimum 50 Mbps wired internet connection (LAN) for stable connectivity.
  • Backup Internet: Mobile data or secondary ISP for backup in case of connectivity issues.
  • Dual Monitors (Preferred): For enhanced productivity in managing multiple ad accounts and analytics.
  • Noise-Canceling Headset: A high-quality headset for virtual meetings and collaboration.
  • Webcam: A functional webcam for video meetings and presentations.
  • Ad Account Access: Must be proficient in setting up and managing Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
  • Work Environment: A quiet and professional workspace for remote days, while being able to collaborate in the office as required.
