Are you a Web3-native marketer passionate about driving growth in early-stage, high-potential projects? We’re looking for a Growth Marketer to lead the charge in user acquisition, engagement, and retention across our Web3 product lines.

As part of a fast-paced, collaborative team, you’ll design and execute innovative growth strategies, spearhead performance marketing efforts, and help shape the user experience from the ground up. If you thrive in the Web3 space and love experimenting with data-driven tactics to scale communities and products, we’d love to meet you.

What You\'ll Do

  • Develop and execute growth strategies focused on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Leverage viral loops, referral programs, and growth-focused product features to drive adoption.
  • Run cross-channel marketing campaigns (social media, content marketing, SEO) to elevate brand visibility and user growth.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Community teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Engage directly with Web3-native communities to create feedback loops and foster organic traction.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in growth marketing or business development within the Web3/crypto space.
  • Prior experience working in, or established networks within, the online trading platforms space. This is essential to ensure you understand the industry and can effectively contribute to the company\'s growth.
  • Deep understanding of Web3 trends, platforms, and user behavior.
  • Active presence on X (formerly Twitter) and other relevant social channels.
  • Proven track record of successful growth campaigns (bonus if you have a portfolio or case studies).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
