Overview

Recruitment Associate for Client Matching - Full Time, Remote - Open to Fresh Grads at Magic. This role is part of Dedicated Recruitment and is based in the Philippines. Compensation: ₱26,000 - ₱29,000 / month.

Magic is a leading modern outsourcing platform connecting SMBs to high-quality remote Executive Assistants, with roots in Silicon Valley and backing from top venture capitalists. We operate fully remote across Asia and US time zones.

Why this role exists

The Recruitment Associate role is a critical part of our recruitment operations. You will work closely with our candidate pool and clients to ensure high-quality placements, balancing relationship management and process execution. You are the final decision-maker before candidates meet clients, essential to our quality and client satisfaction.

Why night shift?

Our clients and internal teams are primarily based in US time zones. Working 10 PM - 7 AM Philippine Time allows real-time coordination with global teams and service during clients’ business hours. You’ll have your daytime free for personal activities.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Source and evaluate top candidates from our existing talent pool, aligning with client needs and maintaining backup options
  • Schedule and conduct multiple interviews during your shift; these are the final interviews before endorsement to training or client introduction
  • Handle coordination requests between candidates and Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams
  • Create detailed evaluation reports to help clients make hiring decisions and reflect Magic’s quality standards
  • Work toward monthly goals ensuring recommendations meet client standards and quality expectations
  • Develop resilience and focus in a goal-oriented environment with daily targets
  • Support different teams within recruitment as needed, adapting to priorities

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Required (Must-Haves) – Core Competencies
    • Excellent English communication for client-facing interactions
    • Strong attention to detail

  • Technical Setup
    • Professional home office suitable for confidential interviews during night hours
    • Reliable high-speed internet (25+ Mbps) with backups
    • Quality equipment and quiet environment for nighttime interviews
  • Personal Qualities
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
    • Comfortable working independently during overnight hours
    • Curious, people-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
Nice to Have
  • Experience with interviews, hiring, or people assessment
  • Customer service or client-facing work experience
  • Experience with CRM/ATS and video conferencing
  • Background in HR, Psychology, or related field
  • Previous night shift or remote work experience
  • Familiarity with Virtual Assistant roles or outsourcing
