We’re looking for a detail-driven Accounting Assistant to join our Finance team and help keep our financial operations running smoothly across all OffSec entities. You’ll be a key part of our Finance team, supporting the day-to-day operations that keep OffSec running behind the scenes. We’re looking for someone who thrives on organization and accuracy but isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. What You’ll Do Process vendor forms and help Sales Representatives with finance-related requests. Register for client portals using official OffSec information. Respond to customer inquiries related to billing or payments. Coordinate with the Legal and Finance teams to route and review contracts and documentation. Support Sales with financial questions and opportunity edits inside Salesforce. Jump in to support management and special projects as needed — no two days are ever the same. Provide support to other members of Management on an as-needed basis. Contribute to resolution of business issues as they arise. Participate in ad hoc projects and committees. What You Bring 1–3 years of accounting experience and a solid grasp of PFRS. Strong English communication skills — both written and verbal. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. A sharp eye for detail, paired with strong prioritization skills. Great interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across teams. A strong work ethic and solid business sense. Bonus Points Experience with QuickBooks and/or Salesforce. Familiarity with US GAAP. Prior experience in the cybersecurity or SaaS industry. Why OffSec?
