About the Role We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Web Developer to join our team and help deliver world‑class digital products in hospitality and beyond. You’ll work on mobile apps, websites, hotel booking engines, loyalty programs, and other innovative projects—collaborating closely with our head of development and a development team in The Philippines. What you'll do Develop and maintain high-quality digital projects (websites, mobile apps, booking engines, loyalty systems). Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver work on time and to spec. Lead by example in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Conduct pull request reviews and mentor other developers. Apply modern DevOps practices and support infrastructure (AWS, Linux). Implement automated unit testing for reliable, scalable codebases. Leverage AI tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, ChatGPT) to maximize efficiency and code quality. Work independently while thriving in a collaborative, agency-style environment. What you Bring 8+ years of professional experience in web development (agency experience preferred). Strong expertise in React and PHP . WordPress theme development experience is a plus. Proficient with git / GitHub workflows. Knowledge of DevOps, AWS, Linux environments. Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive mindset. Comfortable working independently as well as within a distributed team. Experienced in pull request reviews and mentoring peers. Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted coding tools and advanced prompting techniques. Familiarity with automated unit testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
