Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, , or Angular).
• Translate design mockups and business requirements into high-quality, functional web interfaces.
• Provide guidance to web developers within the team.
• Collaborate with backend developers to ensure smooth integration of APIs and data services.
• Optimize web applications for maximum performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Identify and troubleshoot software defects and usability issues.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following team standards.
• Participate in sprint reviews, planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Stay updated on emerging web technologies and recommend improvements to enhance development efficiency and user experience.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications in web development, JavaScript, or related technologies (e.g., React, AWS, or Google Cloud) are an advantage.
• Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in front-end or full-stack web development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and at least one modern framework (React, , or Angular).
• Working knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and API integration practices.
• Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD tools.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
• Basic understanding of web security and performance optimization techniques.
• Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines.

This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
