Overview Remote with periodic onsite in Metro Manila Position Summary: The Central Operations Head will oversee the bank's end-to-end operations, with a strong focus on loan operations, transaction reconciliation, settlement processes, and limited branch operations. This strategic role is ideal for a hands-on leader passionate about process optimization, regulatory compliance, and delivering superior customer experiences. Discover more about us here: billease.ph/about-us Responsibilities Leadership & Management: Lead and manage the bank’s overall operational activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements. Provide operational oversight to a select number of branches, fostering integration between digital and physical banking services. Loan Operations: Oversee the complete lifecycle of digital loan products, including origination, disbursement, servicing, collections, and ongoing monitoring. Manage daily reconciliation of transactions across the mobile app, payment partners, and core banking systems. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all settlement processes. Process Optimization & Compliance: Drive automation initiatives and operational excellence to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Maintain strict compliance with BSP regulations, AMLA requirements, and internal policies. Customer Experience: Champion initiatives to enhance the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience across all banking channels. Qualifications Bachelors Degree required (Business, Finance, or related field preferred). Proven leadership experience in banking operations, preferably in a digital banking environment. Strong understanding of loan operations, transaction reconciliation, and settlement processes. Demonstrated experience in process optimization and regulatory compliance (BSP, AMLA). Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
