Your role The Telecommunications Access Engineer supervises the development and implementation of information technology and operations technology (IT-OT) access communications projects and solutions, and migration to new technologies. It manages resources and ensures that solutions are aligned with business, as well as with operations, strategy, and directions. The role supervises the operation and maintenance of all the information technology and operations technology (IT-OT) access communications systems and services: Professional Mobile Radio System Smart Grid Communication SystemDistribution Automation Radio System Advanced Metering Infrastructure Communication System IP Telephony System and Call Center Communication Solution Voice Logging System Local Area Network (Campus Backbone, Distribution, and Edge Routers/Switches) Out-of-band Management System Structured Cabling Systems Wireless Local Area Network (WIFI) System Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) System Training, development, and rotations Meralco considers employees invaluable partners in the attainment of our strategic objectives.
