The Role

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager who thrives in motivating team members to work together, running platforms efficiently, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This person will work with internal and external partners to grow the business of our managed services.

Your Team
- The candidate shall collaborate with Capability Technical Leads, co-Delivery Managers, Account Manager and the Pre-Sales team.
- The candidate shall work closely with customers / third party vendors / onshore counterparts to meet the success criteria for projects.
- The candidate shall work closely with our business partners, the household brands in technology, such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft and Outsystems.
Your Responsibilities
- Engage and manage stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and delivering high levels of communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead, motivate, and support cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Foster collaboration, manage resources effectively, and ensure high team morale and engagement.
- Adapt and apply the most appropriate development approach (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) based on project needs. Ensure flexibility in shifting between methodologies as needed.
- Establish clear project goals, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and milestones. Ensure all elements are aligned with client expectations and team capacity.
- Drive the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring that tasks are completed as planned. Maintain a high standard of quality while managing resources and timelines.
- Ensure deliverables are timely, within scope, and meet quality expectations. Engage clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor project progress against key metrics. Ensure accurate reporting of project status, budget, and risks. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments.
- Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address uncertainties throughout the project lifecycle.
- Gather insights on client needs and identify areas where additional services could provide value and support account growth.
About You
Educational Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Information Technology/Administration/Management or equivalent
Knowledge / Skills / Ability:
- Overall 8 years of experience in the IT industry, preferable on outsourced delivery
- Knowledgeable on infrastructure (e.g. cloud, networks) and software development
- Knowledgeable on IT Service Management processes and tools
- Knowledgeable on ITIL framework. An ITIL certification is ideal
- Good interpersonal and client-handling skills
- Proven experience in a service transition environment
- Experience in Project Management (at least 6 years) and governance of overall service transition
- Knowledgeable of Agile/Waterfall project management principles
- Experience with evaluating SOWs and SLAs
- Business Analyst experience (at least 3 years) in a technology environment is ideal
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as Service Now, Jira, Freshservice, Salesforce, etc.
