Position Overview

We are creating a world-class team of media professionals and seeking a young spirited, proactive, and talented individual with entrepreneurial drive.

Objectives And Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for insertion order requests and bookings with the planning teams at major Big6 media agencies.
  • Assist the Commercial team in managing new advertisers/companies’ registration onto the Salesforce platform.
  • Manage the control process and ensure that all Opportunities and Sales Orders are generated, complying with internal policies.
  • Maintain timely and accurate Salesforce records for all projects, including billing and collection details.
  • Ensure the MediaDonuts by Aleph Commercial Team operates within company compliance requirements by providing necessary documentation.
  • Control and update CRM data regularly to maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Credit Risk analysis and Global Sales and Operations teams to resolve billing and sales issues.
  • Manage a demanding workload of emails and requests from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Generate ad hoc reports to fulfill specific information requests.
Required Qualifications And Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
  • Advanced English skills, both oral and written.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience with CRM/Workflow tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Work experience in Sales Admin, Collections, Billing, or Finance departments.
  • Understanding of agency and advertising industry environment is a plus.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
