Responsibilities:

  • Certified Public Accountant Validation Analyst (title)

The General Accounting Professional plays a vital role in the day-to-day accounting operations of the business. This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong technical and analytical skills for problem solving and resolution of issues. The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at a time is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare financial statements and analysis
  • Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with US generally accepted accounting principles
  • Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close
  • Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
  • Payroll processing

  • Research and analyze expense variances for company management

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years\' of professional US accounting experience
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Business Administration major in Accountancy or any Accounting related courses
  • Knowledge of different accounting software such as Quickbooks online, Netsuite or Sage Intacct preferred
  • CPA preferred

  • Inventory Listing Report: ledger vs Inventory and movement comparisons
  • BWGC report and reconciliation of Sales volume, Revenue and Cost
  • Waterfall – monthly analysis of sales price for premium products
  • Management Reports – Inventory and Credit Days

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis in a supervisory capacity (manufacturing or similar)
  • Audit experience from a top firm is a definite edge
  • Knowledge of business tax laws and regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excel proficiency; forecasting
  • Familiarity with accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
