Coordinator, Customer Experience Operations (CXO) - APAC Location: Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Responsibilities Organize and monitor the different shift schedules of operations, from Team Leaders to Live hosts to Operators. Support Operation Leaders in coordinating with clients. Assist Operations with the development and implementation of brand strategies to strengthen the company’s market position and achieve business objectives. Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and digital marketing efforts, to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling, on‑brand content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email marketing, and print materials. Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all marketing materials adhere to the established standards; conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and improvement. Assist in planning and coordinating brand‑related events, sponsorships, and collaborations to increase brand exposure and strengthen partnerships. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media, and content management systems. Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis is advantageous. Creative mindset with the ability to think critically and solve problems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools is a plus.
