Your Role Instruct and Manage Subcontractors on specific GIS schemas, data layers, and quality standards for fiber projects. Serve as the In-house GIS Expert for compliance, ensuring all deliverables meet required standards for client submittal. Act as the Primary Communication Liaison between the customer, the project team, and subcontractors regarding GIS deliverables. Audit and Validate the quality of GIS output to ensure high accuracy and adherence to telecommunication fiber design standards. Work Standard US Business Hours to be fully available when the project team and client stakeholders are working. Non-negotiables Proven Experience with telecommunication fiber design (FTTH required). Extensive knowledge in GIS Platforms: ArcGIS, QGIS, and 3GIS. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal English) for interacting with customers and subcontractors (Required). Must be a Self-starter who can drive GIS compliance and quality assurance. Ability to work standard US business hours. Preferred skills/expertise Experience or familiarity with AutoCAD. Familiarity with VETRO software (client's database of record software).
