Location Hybrid (three days in-office, two days virtual) Job Summary Performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery. What You Will Be Doing Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Provide high-level administrative support, event coordination and project management support for projects, programs and PMO initiatives, anticipating and following up on administrative activities and special projects. Assist members of various departments and committees in developing and maintaining project schedules and project management reporting documents, ensuring documentation is accurate and complete. Demonstrate a general understanding of project management principles. What You Bring At least 5 years of experience using PMO tools such as MS Office, Project Management (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.), financial planning, budgeting, and resource planning. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. Knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines. Knowledge of industry best practices, e.g., PMBOK. Proven experience providing independent judgment and discretion. Proven experience working independently on a variety of special projects with general instructions. Effective analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project and auxiliary tools.
