This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers\' personalized expectations in this new technological era. The Implementation Consultant Project Manager is the main contact for all stakeholders involved in the project. The role is responsible to effectively run the Agile events and ceremonies for successful outcomes, enable delivery by removing blockers and identify the interdependencies, capacity planning, keeping close eye on team\'s velocity, close monitoring of user story progress and delivery during the sprint, keep the team motivated and engaged, have a clear understanding of leadership and facilitation, stakeholder management (know the products & stakeholders, release management, coach & support the squad on Agile and encourage Agile Ways of Working (WOW), and has an ability to run more than one full fledged SQUADs. RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitate and lead meetings with member firms, banks, the vendor, and the internal team. Set scoping calls and request bank and IT finance system contacts. Set bank discovery calls and liaise with IT finance. Provide the finance system file and bank specifications to Fides for analysis and triage feedback. Coordinate activities along with Business Analysts and Implementation Consultants. Develop strong working relationships with clients, anticipating needs and communicating regularly. Manage stakeholder expectations, project plans, and communications as needed to move forward in the service delivery process. Generate progress reports. Create testing plan and testing scenarios. Coordinate completion of statement of work and bank paperwork. Provide support to client after product go-live and monitor any production issues.
