Overview

Join Our Team as an IT Support Technician

We are looking for a Level 1 IT Support Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely under the direction of Level 2/3 technicians and play an essential part in supporting day-to-day IT operations. From assisting with installations to troubleshooting basic issues, your contributions will help keep our clients running smoothly.

This position requires availability to work core hours from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM local time , so reliability and punctuality are key.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting with the setup and maintenance of IT systems, including PCs, networks, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshooting and resolving basic hardware and software issues
  • Taking direction and support tasks from Level 2/3 technicians
  • Escalating more complex problems to higher-level support when needed
  • Documenting issues and solutions accurately in ticketing systems
  • Supporting help desk operations and contributing to efficient service delivery
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in an IT support or technical assistance role
  • A strong desire to learn and grow in the IT field
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working core hours from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM local time
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
