What You’ll Do Document API integrations with clear, step-by-step guides that developers will thank you for. Create and maintain knowledge base articles for our platform users. Write onboarding guides for new customers and employees—making sure first experiences with us are smooth and empowering. Collaborate with product, support, and engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy and clarity. Design and structure documentation with intuitive workflows and navigation in mind. Continuously improve existing content based on feedback, product updates, and user behavior. Qualifications Have 2+ years of experience in technical writing, content development, or software documentation. Understand how to communicate technical details in plain, structured, and actionable language. Have a good grasp of software platforms, APIs, and user onboarding processes. Can organize content into clear flows, using diagrams, examples, and logical sequencing. Are skilled in documentation tools such as Confluence, Markdown, Notion, or similar platforms. Bonus if you’ve worked closely with dev teams or have experience in SaaS or B2B environments. Strong skills in organizing and presenting complex information clearly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate with various teams and gather necessary information.
