Construction Director (Wind) - Open to expats

Are you a seasoned construction leader passionate about driving the future of renewable energy? An international renewable energy developer is seeking a Construction Director to oversee the execution of large-scale solar and wind energy projects across the Philippines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all phases of construction for renewable energy projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: engineering, project development, procurement, and external contractors.
  • Develop, monitor, and report on construction schedules, budgets, resources, safety performance, and compliance.
  • Provide strategic guidance, technical expertise, and mentorship to project managers and site teams.
  • Ensure strict adherence to local regulations, international standards, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction management, with proven experience in renewable energy (solar or wind) projects.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong track record of successfully delivering large, complex infrastructure projects in the Philippines or Southeast Asia.
  • Ability to foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
