Local Supply Planner, ANH Location: Calamba, Philippines Key Responsibilities Plan ingredient replenishment into the premix plant or warehouse within the country in a timely manner, with a 4‑month supply plan (reviewed multiple times per month). Track inbound logistics and ensure goods arrive just‑in‑time. Resolve supply gaps with the most economical options on an ad‑hoc basis. Place orders to suppliers for local ingredients and follow up on deliveries. Work with stakeholders to reduce or eliminate stocks at risk and ensure no supply gap up to a 1‑month supply plan (weekly). Plan next‑day process orders based on sales order RETA and send for production (daily). Attend local meetings to stay abreast of developments and interact with stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant planning experience. At least 3–5 years of experience with multinational enterprises in production planning. Project management experience preferred. Knowledge of MRPII or SAP preferred. Ability to learn and adapt to business requirements. Strong communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
