Knows how to navigate Pivot and Vlookup. Inquisitive, adaptable, and open to learning beyond core planning responsibilities Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts and supply plans in collaboration with cross‑functional teams to meet business objectives. Identify and articulate demand uncertainties, business risks, and exposures. Provide strategic options to mitigate risks and optimize inventory, replenishment, and supply plans. Lead presentations on supply status, challenges, and recovery plans during S&OP meetings for assigned brands. Ensure optimal inventory levels across all Distribution Centers (DCs) to support target customer service levels while minimizing excess stock. Regularly track and flag inventory aging to minimize warehouse BOs and ensure product freshness.
