The Cloud Engineer will provide day to day support to all business units using company\'s Azure public cloud platform including but not limited to incident-, change-, request- and problem management. This role focuses on leveraging azure services administration tasks and optimize cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.

• Employment Type: Full Time/Permanent, Individual Contributor
• Work Schedule: Day Shift, 9AM to 6PM
• Work Set-up: Currently in a 60% (2-3 days/week) onsite setting with possibility to progress to 100% setting.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Manage and administer the Microsoft Azure cloud environment, including provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, policy governance which are more demanding and complex.
• Analyze existing operational standards, processes, and/or governance to identify and implement improvements.
• Support cloud adoption of applications as they are being transformed and/or modernized.
• Work as part of 24/7 shift roster to implement changes and requests and resolve incidents.
• Provide training and support to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues and Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and guidance.
• At least 4+ years relevant experience in Cloud Engineering / Support role
• Excellent understanding and proven experience in Public Cloud implementation, workload migration and operational support in a multi-site enterprise environment
• Practical experience of supporting Enterprise Public Cloud Services and automation
• Experience within a decentralized organization, preferably within the Group unit.
• Sound understanding of IT operating model design and best practices.
• Experience in top tier multinational corporation will be an advantage.
• Liaise with service providers to ensure that operational processes (backup, patching, provisioning, monitoring) for service follow-up and incident management.

Comprehensive skills in one of following areas:

• Middleware: IIS / Websphere / Apache / Tomcat
• Scripting and containers: Powershell, Azure cmd line, YAML, Containers / AKS, etc.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure with a focus on scalability, security, and performance. Qualifications

• Proven experience managing cloud networking, DNS, and CDN solutions (e.g., Cloudflare).
• Familiarity with cloud monitoring and logging tools.
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices.

The engineer ensures system reliability, performance monitoring, and optimization through tools like CloudWatch, X-Ray, and Trusted Advisor. Security and compliance are enforced using IAM and Entra ID, Guar, and AWS Config while supporting hybrid connectivity via VPN and Direct Connect.
