Learn more at The Role The Corporate Operations Engineer is tasked with primary or shared responsibility for the management of internal technology, software, and services in support of Kajabi employees. The role will report to our Lead, Corporate Operations Engineer . Responsibilities Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems and help develop solutions. Support PC hardware components, Windows/Mac operating systems, and application software. Perform minor repairs to equipment and arrange for other servicing needs. Help monitor endpoint solutions and ensure updates are installed properly. Track and manage inventory of hardware used by Kajabi employees. Maintain, troubleshoot, and train Kajabi employees and clients with the use of computers, shared services, and audio/visual equipment at the Kajabi Headquarters. Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures. Attributes for Success Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). Experience supporting Windows and macOS in an enterprise environment. Excellent customer service and troubleshooting abilities in-person and in a remote-working environment. Advanced problem-solving skills and technical aptitude to adapt to new circumstances and learn quickly. Ability to respond effectively to inquiries and complaints. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Bonuses Experience troubleshooting Windows devices. Previous experience with MDM solutions such as Intune and Jamf Pro. Ability to administer two-factor authentication, SSO integration, security protocols, and password management. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques that improve your own work and the team's effectiveness.
