About the Role: We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our e-commerce marketing strategy. The role focuses on driving online sales, improving customer engagement, and optimizing digital performance across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, email, and content channels. Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to track ROI and campaign effectiveness. Lead website conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives. Manage paid media budgets and ensure maximum return on ad spend (ROAS). Oversee content and email marketing campaigns aligned with e-commerce goals. Lead and mentor a small marketing team to deliver projects on time and within budget. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in e-commerce. Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and email automation platforms. Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
