Join Arcadis as a Data Associate, supporting data management in Oracle Sales Cloud for sustainable solutions.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Data gathering and maintenance of accounts in Oracle Sales Cloud.
  • Oracle Sales Cloud account administration, including creation, updates, and migrations.
  • Running reports and data extraction using Oracle Sales Cloud and Integrated Growth Report tool.
  • Managing opportunity and role hierarchy in OSC accounts.
  • Liaising with account leaders and client development team for data validation.
  • Collaborating with Super Key users in ANL for OSC updates.
  • Participating in OSC training and knowledge sharing activities.
  • Supporting data integrity and normalization initiatives.
  • Performing data entry tasks and maintaining proposal-related information.
  • Conducting data analysis of sales and pipeline activities.
  • Contributing to OSC Desk ANL meetings and process improvement activities.
  • Acting as a point of contact for OSC Desk related questions.
  • Performing ad hoc duties as required.
About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office applications, ideally Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy of work.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Initiative and dedication to work independently or in a team.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
