Public Relations Manager ( Mandarin Bilingual )

Salary: Up to PHP 600k-700k / 80,000 RMB per month (negotiable based on experience)

We’re Hiring: Public Relations Manager ( Mandarin Bilingual )

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage public relations projects, expand and maintain customer relationships
  • Provide professional and efficient PR consulting services
  • Formulate PR service plans, supervise implementation, and ensure follow-ups
  • Manage external communications, negotiations, and coordination with clients
  • Monitor business public opinion, identify potential crises, and handle resolutions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Journalism, Communications, Advertising, or Marketing
  • High emotional intelligence and PR experience in large companies
  • Fluent in Chinese and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, strategic thinking, and project management
  • Cheerful, calm, and resilient under pressure
Candidate Requirements
  • Height: Minimum 165 cm (females) / 170 cm (males)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (exceptions negotiable)
  • Preferred but not required Work Experience: Coordinating with Immigration & Police
  • Experience in aviation (flight attendants), cruise lines, tourism, or hospitality staffing
