What You’ll Be Doing

Have a passion to solve work puzzles in real time and mentor others? You will support and motivate your team to ensure they’re on track to meet goals, answer associates’ questions and issues, and manage customer escalations while safeguarding quality on every call as the first line manager for your team. You’ll report to the Manager, Workforce Management. You’ll influence the business and partner with various departments through analysis and recommendations.

During a Typical Day, You’ll
  • Coach associates to achieve company and client goals, address employee-related issues, and coordinate training on services, products, or processes
  • Manage multiple, complex tasks and projects while monitoring absence and attendance
  • Motivate and develop your team with an open, honest approach and a high level of integrity, contributing to associates’ development and career mobility
What You Bring To The Role
  • Associate degree, technical school or equivalent work experience
  • Continuously promote a performance-driven culture and strive for excellence
  • Mentor, inspire, and support the associate’s career mobility
  • Ensure your team has the proper tools and systems to accomplish day-to-day tasks
