Groupe SEB Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Ecommerce Manager Responsibilities: Build P&L, budget, forecast for the e-commerce platforms Decide commercial campaign plan in accordance with retail and brand strategy and following local seasonality Prepare and present eCommerce business reviews Provide business recommendations to develop business based on data analysis Maintain benchmark with market and competitors in digital spaces Monitor, report and benchmark eCommerce KPI on a daily basis Optimize traffic acquisition, sales, conversion Identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities to increase traffic Define and execute CPAS strategy Requirements: Have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Have prior experience in a similar role (minimum 5 years). Experience within digital marketing is a plus. Possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks. Have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment. Have a high level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. You are a creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
