Position: Customer Service Specialist

Work setup & shift: Onsite and Nightshift

Site Location: 1880 Building Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City

• Handle inbound calls and incoming email.
• Enter, process and release sales orders.
• Call and Follow-up on open orders.
• Enter information received from prospective clients and process credit information through appropriate agencies.
• Request and process pre-payments on sales orders.
• Apply check or credit card payments to sales orders.
• Assist with credit card management.
• Verify validity of sales order discrepancies by obtaining and reviewing information from customers and / or sales reps.
• Support and work closely with the Accounting, Sales Team & Warehouse Staff.
• Research and process credit memos.

• Some college or technical school in accounting related courses desired;
• Over one year of Customer service related experience.
• Ability to speak, write and read English fluently and articulately.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, weight and volume.
• Smart, Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Willingness to cooperate with customers to resolve any issues that may arise.
• Proficient in Excel.
