YOUR ROLE:

  • Call and Follow-up on delinquent accounts.
  • Enter information received from prospective clients and process credit information through appropriate agencies.
  • Request and process pre-payments on sales orders.
  • Apply check or credit card payments to the appropriate account.
  • Assist with credit card management.
  • Verify validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and reviewing information from customer care department and customers.
  • Support and work closely with the Sales Team.
  • Research and process credit memos.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Some college or technical school in accounting related courses desired;
  • Over one year and up to three years of experience in accounting field, specifically accounts receivable and billing.
  • Ability to speak, write and read English fluently and articulately.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, weight and volume.

  • Previous experience with any accounting tools (Acumatica is a plus)
  • Proficient in Excel.
