Responsibilities

• Definition and Management: Provides valuable input in proposal generation and identifies client requirements for large scale complex projects. Translates the requirements into a high-level application design, and coordinates these specifications with the relevant project stakeholders (e.g. Business Analysts when defining the product features). Determines the appropriate requirements management methods, tools, and techniques for large and complex projects.
• Solution Design and Architecture: Serves as a Subject Matter Expert in providing technical solutions for the projects such as Application Architecture, Database Architecture, Infrastructure, Integration, and any other system analysis and design needed, ensuring alignment with project goals, scalability, and performance requirements. Architect end-to-end solutions with detailed designs encompassing system components, interfaces, and integrations to meet business needs, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and deliverability, particularly for medium-sized and complex projects. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of solutions, from initial concept to implementation and deployment, in partnership with the Project Manager. Provide technical direction and guidance, ensure the correct application of strategies, policies, standards, and practices, and manage all software development requirements including repositories and development servers. Contributes to the development and enforcement of the application of best practices.
• Systems Design, Integration and Build: Design system components and implement integration strategies for connecting disparate systems and applications using appropriate techniques and standards. Provide technical expertise for configuring system components for testing and collaborates with technical teams on integration plans.
• Data Modeling and Database Design: Apply standard data modeling and design techniques and implement data warehouse designs for medium-sized, complex projects.
• Documentation, Architecture Governance and Collaboration: Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and implementation guidelines to ensure performance, resiliency, scalability and compliance with security and project requirements, and communicate plans to stakeholders. Conduct architecture reviews to mitigate risk and ensure adherence to approved technical solutions. Review code, designs, and technical deliverables for new and existing solutions for alignment with architectural principles, plans, and quality standards. Collaborate with project stakeholders to drive consensus on technical solutions. Participate in training, design, documentation, and delivery efforts with the Project Manager.
• Technology Evaluation: Design and implement long-term strategic goals and short-term tactical plans to manage and maintain existing or new technology and software. Research and evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to recommend optimal solutions. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge Sharing: Assist SA team with SA-related tasks. Contribute to formulation initiatives to increase skills, quality & efficiency for the SA team. Participate in process standardization and/or improvement on SA-related tasks.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or any related course.
• Experience: At least 7 years of working experience in software development, providing technical solutions such as system architecture, infrastructure design, and database structure. At least 4+ years of experience in software engineer roles such as web and mobile application development.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge and expertise in software development (coding, APIs, SDKs), languages like PHP, Java, Python, .NET; infrastructure as code (Terraform, Cloud Formation); architecture design principles, API design, microservices; enterprise integration patterns; web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML); various integration protocols; version control (SVN, GIT); debugging and optimization; collaboration and documentation tools (Confluence, Jira, Asana, Trello); cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP); cloud platform certification; frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman.

This is a remote position.

• Design and implement a scalable data architecture integrating with the Eliza framework.
• Develop advanced vector embedding systems for semantic knowledge representation.
• Create multi-modal memory structures supporting both episodic and semantic agent memory.
• Implement efficient RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines with vector database integration.
• Design context window optimization systems to maximize relevant information retrieval.
• Build knowledge graph structures for entity relationship tracking across project artifacts.
• Develop APIs for bidirectional enterprise tool integration (JIRA, Project Server, etc.).
• Implement secure data partitioning to maintain compliance with financial industry standards.
• Create cross-agent knowledge sharing protocols adhering to specified access controls.
• Design and implement observability systems for agent memory and knowledge retrieval.

Requirements

• In-depth experience with the Eliza framework and its agent coordination capabilities.
• Practical implementation experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or Chroma).
• Hands-on experience with embedding models (OpenAI, Cohere, or open-source alternatives).
• Deep knowledge of LangChain/LlamaIndex for agent memory and tool integration.
• Experience designing and implementing knowledge graphs at scale.
• Strong background in semantic search optimization and efficient RAG architectures.
• Experience with Model Control Plane (MCP) for LLM orchestration and enterprise system integration.
• Advanced Python development with expertise in async patterns and API design.
