Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead a project group in forward planning activities for the project.
  • Prepare a master schedule and be in charge of budget estimating for the project.
  • Coordinate with consultants/designers, planning officers, and other stakeholders regarding project design and project implementation plan.
  • Supervise the project execution; lead staff to achieve project objectives, managing quality, schedule, cost control, budget planning and monitoring, construction planning and methodologies, and ensuring customer requirements and expectations are met.
  • Organize and supervise a team of technical and administrative staff.
  • Supervise general contractors, sub-contractors, and various trade contractors to ensure cohesive progress toward objectives.
  • Provide solutions to on-site concerns, make sound decisions, and maximize materials, labor, and equipment utilization at the lowest cost.
  • Ensure timely delivery of manpower, equipment, and materials to the site.
  • Prepare and submit reports periodically and on time.
  • Ensure safety and quality programs are implemented diligently and formulate site rules and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Civil Engineer or Licensed Architect.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to be assigned to Padre Garcia, Batangas.
  • Solid experience in managing housing projects.

Salary : Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
