Chong Hua Hospital seeks a Company Nurse to support clinical services, conduct employee medical exams, and coordinate health programs in Cebu City. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Set up the clinic and provide necessary materials for the physician, including prescription pads, thermometer, and BP apparatus. Secure the Physical Exam cubicle with pillow and blanket. Conduct initial assessments before endorsement to the retainer physician for medical consultation. Assess pre-employment medical examination results and coordinate with Talent Acquisition team/MDO. Schedule, implement, and monitor annual, periodic, and special examinations of employees; assess results and refer to Company Physician for management. Implement vaccination programs in collaboration with infection control team and other healthcare providers; prepare and route memos related to these initiatives. Conduct home visits or follow-ups for employees with chronic illness or prolonged sick leave as needed. Prepare periodic reports for the department as required by immediate superior or management. Address patient concerns and escalate to immediate superior when necessary. Ensure completeness and confidentiality of all medical consultation forms and employee medical records. Safeguard and monitor clinic equipment and supplies; ensure replenishment and report low stock to immediate superior. Log, prepare, and submit reports to management and DOLE on work-related accidents, consultation reasons, and employee complaints. Participate in continuous quality improvement and hospital standards compliance activities. About You The company is looking for: A graduate of bachelor’s degree in Nursing. A registered nurse with an updated PRC license. Experience in hospital setup, clinical assessment, or as a company nurse is preferred but not required. Good customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information. Basic knowledge of corporate office software, including Microsoft Office 365 applications. Good communication skills with proficiency in Visayan dialect and/or Tagalog; English communication skills are an advantage.
