COMPLIANCE MANAGER Budget: 50-60kSetup: OnsiteLocation: Bacoor, Cavite As a Compliance Manager, you will oversee the company’s compliance programs to ensure alignment with industry regulations, including FDA, ISO, and other relevant standards in the beauty sector. You will lead a team of compliance specialists, develop and implement policies, conduct audits, and ensure the company’s operations meet all legal and ethical standards. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the integrity and regulatory compliance of the company’s products, ensuring product safety, efficacy, and consumer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs to ensure adherence to local, national, and industry-specific regulations (FDA, ISO, cGMP). Lead and manage a team of compliance specialists, ensuring efficient execution of compliance tasks and maintaining high standards across departments. Create, update, and enforce internal policies and procedures to foster a culture of compliance and ethical conduct within the organization. Identify compliance risks across departments, conduct risk assessments, and develop plans to mitigate or eliminate potential risks. Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with regulations and quality assurance standards. Design and deliver ongoing training programs for employees, enhancing awareness and understanding of compliance requirements and company policies. Oversee product safety and regulatory documentation (including labeling and filings) to ensure compliance with industry regulations. Work closely with other department heads to ensure business operations align with compliance policies and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Advise senior management on regulatory risks, policy development, and operational improvements related to compliance and risk management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, or a related role, preferably within the cosmetics, fragrance, or personal care industry. Strong background in FDA regulations, ISO standards, cGMP, and QMS audits. Proven experience in SOP development, compliance documentation, and regulatory filings. Strong risk management skills with the ability to develop and implement mitigation strategies. Excellent communication skills with significant experience in designing and facilitating compliance training programs. Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams effectively. Professional compliance certifications (e.g., CRMC, CAMS, CCEP, or CIP) are preferred.
