We are looking for a Data Coordinator responsible for managing disk lifecycle and ingest operations aligned with operational requirements. This includes overseeing disk procurement, allocation, tracking lost/found disks, scrapping, and shipment. The role also involves monitoring data upload and segregation processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy, team coordination through conflict resolution, task delegation, goal setting, time management, and resource allocation. Effective stakeholder management is key, as the Data Coordinator communicates updates and statuses to internal teams and clients, ensuring seamless operations and alignment with business objectives.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to operate and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the business
• Comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
• Able to work independently, motivated, proactive attitude with a passion for learning and creative problem solving

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in Hardware Operations and Global Coordination domain
• 3-5 years of experience in vendor management, warehouse/facilities management, logistics
• Tech-savvy knowledge about handling data center issues
• Mandatory hands-on experience in Excel
• Client Management
• Mandatory BGV clearance
