This includes monitoring physical asset availability, ensuring process compliance, managing inventory via dashboards, and liaising with software, hardware, and logistics teams.The role requires proactive communication with a broad range of stakeholders to coordinate efficient task execution, resolve customer queries, and provide regular project updates. Responsibilities include monitoring cloud-based data transfer processes, identifying inconsistencies, conducting routine system checks, and escalating issues when necessary.As a key point of contact, the Data Transfer Coordinator collaborates with multinational teams to standardize global processes, drive discussions, and anticipate business needs. The role involves problem-solving, prioritizing tasks based on urgency, and occasionally attending meetings outside of regular working hours.Core competencies:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to operate and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the business; Comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment; Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail; Able to work independently, motivated, proactive attitude with a passion for learning and creative problem solving. Candidate qualification:High school graduate or equivalent; 2-4 years of experience in Hardware Operations and Global Coordination domain; Min. of 1-2 years of experience in operating and troubleshooting physical hardware; Tech savvy Knowledge about how to handle data center issues; Intermediary in Excel; Client Management experience would be a plus; Mandatory BGV clearance.
