Overview

We are currently partnering with a leading financial institution in the Philippines on an opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in wealth management, asset management, or private banking, and hands-on experience with Avaloq, as well as treasury, securities, and trust platforms.

What You'll Do
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements for key initiatives in wealth, asset management, and private banking.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for IT and development teams.
  • Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements aligned with business goals.
  • Support testing, validation, and implementation phases of system changes and enhancements.
  • Serve as a vital link between business and technical teams to drive communication and successful project delivery.
What We're Looking For
  • Demonstrable track record as a Business Analyst in wealth management, asset management, or private banking.
  • Working knowledge of Avaloq or similar platforms, particularly modules relevant to wealth and private banking.
  • Familiarity with treasury, securities, and trust platform operations.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
