About the role

We are looking for people with the following background to apply

  • Natural creators and problem solves who love critical thinking. You will not be expected to get it right every time, but you will always be asked to justify your thinking,
  • Experience: ideally a degree or bootcamp related to engineering, computer science, etc. Professional experience is welcome but not essential.
  • Skills: ability to pass the FC engineering code test that successful applicants will be sent.

Job details

  • Entry level engineers: Initial monthly package of P45k per month, comprised of P35k basic salary, P10k additional benefits, and the chance to earn a share of FC profits each year.
  • Engineers with professional experience may be offered a higher package
  • Hybrid work with 1 day per week in BGC office
