Responsibilities
  • To provide clients with a high level of personalized service starting with a sincere welcome.
  • To demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the multi-category products on display.
  • Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system, processing payments, handling returns, and managing customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Respond to online inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting in inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and reporting low stock or product discrepancies to management.
  • Supporting loss prevention efforts by monitoring the sales floor, reporting suspicious activity, and following security policies.
  • Collaborating with fellow team members to achieve sales targets, meet store goals, and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Cultivate strong and lasting client relationships.
Qualifications
  • Possessing a service mindset is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
  • Passionate in the fields of arts, fashion, health, and food is an advantage.
  • Must have a strong drive to deliver results.
  • Experience in hotel or retail operations is a plus.
