Overview
A Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling a company's products or services, building strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. They play a key role in understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide after-sales support, and resolve any concerns.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma, college degree, or equivalent (business, marketing, or related field preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain positive relationships.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to travel within Iloilo and nearby areas.
- Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences is a plus.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM software is an advantage).
- Must have a valid driver’s license (if required for field sales).
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, if needed.
