  • Build rapport with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand customer needs through active listening and effective questioning.
Sales and Target Achievement
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities.
Product Knowledge
  • Stay updated on products, services, and industry trends.
  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Proposal and Negotiation
  • Prepare and present customized proposals or product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals effectively.
Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Administrative Duties
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software.
  • Generate regular sales reports for management review.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and technical support, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred in some industries).
Experience
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills and Abilities Sales and Negotiation Skills
