Overview Metrics & Reporting Senior Associate - Customer Support - IVL role at Google Operations Center. The Trust & Safety Adspam Team safeguards the integrity of the online advertising landscape by analyzing billions of ad events to thwart fraud and ensure a trusted ads ecosystem. Position Responsibilities Investigates Invalid Traffic, which does not reflect genuine user interest or intent, including but not limited to: Click fraud or repeatedly clicking on an ad to generate revenue Bot traffic or automated activity that simulates human behavior Malicious traffic or activities by actors attempting to harm advertisers or publishers Qualifications Minimum Qualifications 2-4 years of experience Google Ads experience required Basic SQL experience, 1-2 years minimum Ability to think critically and analyze large data sets to identify patterns and anomalies indicating abuse Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to convey findings to both technical and non-technical audiences Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently Preferred Qualifications Google Ads Certification Benefits Competitive wages with comprehensive health care (medical, dental, vision) Family-friendly benefits including gender-neutral baby bonding leave and 18-week birth-parent maternity leave Onsite staff benefits such as free meals, snacks, and onsite experiences Other information Information collected as part of your Google Operations Center (GOC) jobs profile and any applications is subject to GOC's Applicant and Candidate Privacy Policy.
