Copy & Content Creator

We seek a Copy & Content Creator to join our team and support campaigns with high-quality design aligned to brand standards.

The role combines graphic design talent with technical skills in web and video. The ideal candidate can bring concepts to life, originate new concepts, and design with production and brand standards in mind to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Location: Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines

What you’ll be doing
  • Deliver design across digital media (web, social, display advertising, presentations) and, to a lesser extent, print, events, and brand development.
  • Review input (specs, traffic, media information) and ingest tasks into the creative workflow; articulate additional needs as required.
  • Translate concepts into polished outputs from treatments, storyboards, and wireframes.
  • Provide guidance on UX, voiceovers, music, and visual effects; collaborate with copywriters on outlines for landing pages, scripts, and advertising.
  • Create graphics packages for web experiences, video, or digital brand standards; edit animations and render audio/video to technical specs.
  • Log, organize, format, label, and assist with distribution and archiving as needed.
  • Present ideas to colleagues and clients, explaining creative reasoning and alignment with briefs; generate and iterate on multiple concept options.
Process and compliance
  • Attend and contribute to project briefings.
  • Follow end-to-end creative production processes and workflows (e.g., Monday.com).
  • Understand handoffs within the process and adhere to quality control standards.
You’ll need to demonstrate
  • Experience working within brand systems, standards, and tool kits.
  • Experience with web-build platforms (WordPress, Drupal) and asset-build/manage tools (Canva) and the ability to learn client-supplied SaaS platforms.
  • Understanding of email platforms (Outlook, Mailchimp) and social media channel requirements (aspect ratios, file sizes, file types).
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Excel, Word; basic understanding of mobile-first digital design.
  • Excellent verbal communication and ability to articulate thoughts clearly.
