As a Relationship Manager, you will drive the business by prioritizing high-net-worth clients for innovative financial solutions and cross-selling, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities, continually enhancing service levels and operational efficiency.
What the role will entail
- Generation and maintenance of business to achieve sales targets.
- Sourcing, calling, and presenting bank products/services/investment opportunities.
- Building an information database on existing high-net-worth clients to support relationship-building and cross-selling efforts.
- Implementing cross-selling and other relationship-building activities.
- Conducting highly professional consultative financial analysis and profiling sessions with high-net-worth clients.
- Participating in promotional activities/events for client acquisition.
- Relationship building and management.
- Foster and deepen customer relationships by providing regular market information updates and trend analyses.
- Conduct regular checks on market trends and competitors' offerings.
- Customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide professional service to achieve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Practice service excellence in handling customer issues, complaints, and product inquiries.
- Recommend improvements in operational processes, procedures, and products based on customer feedback.
