Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Film Production, Multimedia Studies, or a related field.
  • With at least 2-3 years of experience in the field.
  • Must have proven experience in video production and editing roles.
  • Proficient in using graphics and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Movie-Maker, After Effects, Canva, Final Cut Pro, and other similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, graphic and video editing techniques.
  • Experience in shooting and capturing high-quality photos and video footage.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Must be passionate about storytelling, have a strong eye for visual aesthetics, and possess excellent video editing skills.
  • Experience in Furniture brands or Retail industry is a plus.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous video editing work is required.
  • Amenable to work in Pasay City (Head Office).
  • Can start ASAP.
  • Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5:30pm or 9am to 6:30pm. DAY OFF: Sat-Sun.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Role Purpose - Responsible for producing and editing video content for the brand.
  • Key Accountabilities
  • Collaborate with the Head of the Creative Team to conceptualize, plan, and execute video content that aligns with the brand's vision and objectives.
  • Create engaging and compelling video content, including but not limited to promotional videos, brand stories, product demos, tutorials, and social media content.
  • Shoot and capture high-quality video footage using professional equipment.
  • Edit video footage to create visually appealing and cohesive videos, ensuring seamless transitions, appropriate pacing, and effective storytelling.
  • Enhance videos with appropriate graphics, animations, sound effects, and music.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide creative input, and ensure video content meets their needs and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing techniques, trends, and software to continuously improve video quality and storytelling.
  • Manage and organize creative assets, ensuring they are properly labeled, stored, and archived.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all graphic and video content, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
