At Premium Invention , we’re a fast-growing DTC brand creating premium solar-powered security solutions. We’re building a brand that looks and feels world-class at every touchpoint. We need a Designer Lead to take full ownership of our design presence.

This isn’t just another design role. You’ll be the main creative mind shaping how customers experience our brand, from the first ad they see, to the product page they buy from, to the emails that keep them engaged.

What You’ll Own
  • Landing Pages & Funnels — Design high-converting pages that drive results.
  • Website UX/UI Revamp — Elevate product pages and site experience to match a premium brand.
  • Email Design — Create branded, performance-driven email layouts and campaigns.
  • Graphic Design & Image Manipulation — From ad creatives to product visuals, you’ll craft compelling designs that stand out.
  • AI-Powered Content Creation — Confidently use AI tools to generate and enhance high-quality visuals (must-have).
  • Motion Graphics & Video Editing — A strong bonus if you can bring static concepts to life with animation or light edits.
  • Brand Consistency — Ensure a seamless, premium look across all assets and platforms.
  • You love design, live design, and can’t stand sloppy work.
  • You know how to balance aesthetics + conversion performance.
  • You’re proactive, fast, and detail-obsessed.
  • You’re comfortable working independently, but also love contributing ideas that raise the bar for the whole team.
  • You’re curious and resourceful — you learn and adapt quickly, especially with AI-powered design workflows.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with luxury/premium industry.
  • Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.
  • Comfort with creating templates/systems to speed up design iteration.
