We're looking for a visionary Design Lead to spearhead our design team and set the standard for excellence in healthcare technology design. This role is at the heart of our mission, blending art and science to create intuitive, impactful products that improve lives. As a Design Lead, you will guide our design philosophy, strategy, and execution, inspiring your team to push the boundaries of what's possible. Key Duties: Lead and mentor a team of talented designers, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture. Develop and execute a cohesive design strategy that aligns with our company's mission and product goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure design excellence from concept to launch. Champion user-centered design principles and practices, ensuring our products deliver exceptional user experiences. Conduct and apply user research to inform and validate design decisions, ensuring our solutions are both innovative and grounded in real user needs. Oversee the design process, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient workflows. Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate best practices in healthcare technology design to keep our products at the forefront of innovation. Minimum Qualifications A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in design leadership roles, with a proven track record of leading teams to deliver outstanding digital products. A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user experience design, visual design, and a deep understanding of design principles and methodologies. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring a team and collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders. Experience in healthcare technology is highly desirable, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in designing for healthcare. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments. About LeapFroggr Inc.
