Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field. Experience: At least some experience in quality assurance or quality control within the food manufacturing industry, preferably in seafood or related sectors. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of quality assurance principles, food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, FDA), and testing methodologies for seafood products. Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve quality issues. High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and testing. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions in a timely and efficient manner.
