We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support our Marketing Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing marketing-related projects, including digital campaigns, event management, EDMs, and coordinating website design projects involving both internal staff and external contractors.

Ideal Candidate (must have requirements)
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of marketing and digital projects.
  • Manage projects using Asana, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communication are clear and met.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external contractors on website design projects.
  • Coordinate and manage digital marketing campaigns and tasks, including marketing automation (HubSpot), EDMs, paid media, and events.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Senior Marketing Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper resource allocation and monitor project progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly within marketing and digital teams.
  • Proficient in Asana or other project management tools.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating website design and development projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing priorities and requirements.
