  • Build lifecycle campaigns, optimize performance, and drive customer retention across multiple DTC brands
Responsibilities
  • Execute email and SMS marketing strategies to drive engagement, retention, and revenue
  • Manage segmentation, campaign builds, and automated flows
  • Analyze post-send performance (open rates, CTRs, revenue per recipient, deliverability) and apply insights
  • Maintain and optimize campaign calendars; collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Tech teams
  • Personalize messaging using customer data and behavior
Requirements
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo & Postscript preferred)
  • Ability to build and optimize lifecycle flows and campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization strategies
  • Copywriting and visual direction skills for high-performing email/SMS creatives
  • Familiarity with popup and list-building tools (e.g., Justuno, OptiMonk, Privy)
  • Analytical mindset with campaign reporting and optimization experience
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns; highly organized with strong attention to detail
