Responsibilities
  • Primarily responsible for generating new leads and qualifying prospects.
  • Handles a larger number of leads and shorter sales cycles.
  • Typically interacts with potential customers via phone, email, and online meetings.
  • Building relationships, explaining products, handling objections, and closing deals.
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction, upselling, and gathering feedback.
  • Tracking sales data, updating records, and reporting.
  • Staying informed about products, developing sales skills, and understanding customer needs.
